Weston Brown & Family
Weston brings a strong background in construction sales, customer relationships, and project development. Before pursuing his own entrepreneurial goals, he spent years working in the construction industry, helping customers turn their ideas into reality through thoughtful planning, building solutions, and personalized service.
He understands that every project starts with a vision, and he enjoys helping customers navigate the process from the initial conversation and design stages through to the finished product. His approach is built around honesty, communication, attention to detail, and making sure customers feel confident every step of the way.
Outside of work, Weston and his family enjoy spending time outdoors, camping, hunting, and making memories together. Family, hard work, and building something meaningful are what drive him.
Caleb Schmitt & Family
Caleb grew up in construction, starting on job sites at a very young age, and built a strong background in business management alongside it. For the last 5 years he has managed a company building more than 50 projects a year, and he has spent 5+ years as a draftsman, turning ideas into plans that are ready to build.
At heart, Caleb is a problem solver. He's the one who finds a better way to do it, whether that's a smarter floor plan, a simpler way to build that saves you money, or the software and estimating tools he builds himself to keep every project organized, accurate and on schedule. He loves the technical side of building, and he puts it to work so your project runs smoothly from the first drawing to the finished shell.
Outside of work, Caleb and his family enjoy life in Montana and time together. Family, simplicity, and building something that lasts are what drive him.
